It is made from NON-GMO soybean, can be widely used in high temperature sausages, Frankfurt Sausages, hotdogs etc, has good hot gel, excellent emulsion abilities, high dispersion ability. It can be mixed with other ingredients in the machine directly without chopping first, making the process simple and more economic.
